Next generation residential building. Space innovation, integration of internal and external environments, plant and services, for a high level of living comfort. The “MIA – La Casa Italiana” initiative, which rises adjacent to the new CityLife urban scheme, was the result of a change of use a disused hotel asset. The project, promoted by BNP Paribas and
designed by Asti Architetti architectural studio, gives the building a variable height of up to a maximum of 10 floors, for a total of 101 apartments. The apartments express a new concept of residence in which living comfort is both portrayed and perceivable in every detail.
We operated as a local partner in order to develop this initiative for residential use.
We made a social and demographic analysis using our database as well as data from institutional sources. We also analysed the market demand for this kind of product in the area.
All the results of the research were condensed in a final document with definition of reference values.
We redefined the whole project and analyzed current and future competitors. We made a brand new project collaborating with designers and engineers, in order to follow the entire evolution from definition of measures to the final product.
We served as real estate agency conceiving commercial plans and strategies.
